The Public Has A Right To Know: DeSantis Must Disclose Which Counties Were Hacked

Governor Ron DeSantis acknowledged that Russians hacked Florida Supervisors of Elections, but refused to disclose which counties in the state were hacked –– because he signed a nondisclosure agreement with Donald Trump’s administration.

Terrie Rizzo, chair of the Florida Democratic Party, stated:

“Florida voters deserve to know the truth about Russian hackers accessing Florida election information. The governor’s claim that he signed a nondisclosure agreement with Donald Trump’s administration is a violation of the public’s trust. The people of Florida have a right to know what happened.”
