Volunteers clean up as they honor Party Leader Betty Gissendanner

  The late Betty Gissendanner was honored recently as local Democrats cleaned their adopted roadway. Betty died February 20th following a battle with cancer. Among her many accomplishments was the implementation of the Adopt-a-Road program sponsored by Charlotte County Democrats.
