Gender Equality: Local women drive protest Movement

This will be a year remembered for women rallying around the region and the country in response to a president they find repulsive.
History was made with the Women’s March on Washington, hailed as the largest single day of protest in U.S. history, outdrawing President Trump’s inauguration and coming a century after women were the first group to picket the White House for voting rights.

Together, we’ll stop Trump’s attacks on families, register voters, and elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2017, 2018, and beyond. We need you to sign up today to be a part of Resistance Summer.
